Contest Preparation Coaching

What To Expect

The competition preparation coaching includes guidance through every aspect of your preparation, from training, nutrition, and coach check-ins to recommending category selection.

Competition preparation duration depends on your current body composition and desired category. Generally, a minimum 25-week preparation phase is needed (30+ weeks for best result). Work with a coach from the beginning of your preparation to have the best condition possible for the stage. Your coach will work with you from the start to the improvement phase.

The contest preparation coaching includes:

  • Weekly Analysis of weigh in's and progress pictures. Adjustments will be made as needed to optimize results.
