The competition preparation coaching includes guidance through every aspect of your preparation, from training, nutrition, and coach check-ins to recommending category selection.

Competition preparation duration depends on your current body composition and desired category. Generally, a minimum 25-week preparation phase is needed (30+ weeks for best result). Work with a coach from the beginning of your preparation to have the best condition possible for the stage. Your coach will work with you from the start to the improvement phase.
